Company Cap
$15,000 per agent. The agent pays 15% to Real until the Company Cap is paid. Once the cap is paid, the agent no longer pays the Commission Split to the company. The Company Cap resets every year on the agent’s anniversary date.
$7,500 for Team Members. Team Members owe less to the company.
Per Transaction Fee
A $40 CBR fee, meaning Compliance and Broker Review, covers broker review and processing. It is assessed on every transaction the company processes.
The $40 CBR fee is split across all members of the team. For example, if the transaction is split 80/20, the Team Member pays $32 and the Team Leader pays $8.
Post-Cap Transaction Fee
Once the Company Cap is paid, the agent pays $375 CAD per transaction and $125 CAD per lease transaction. After reaching Elite Agent status, the Post-Cap Transaction Fee reduces to $175.
Once the Company Cap is paid, the team plan pays $375 CAD per sale and $125 CAD per lease. This is split proportionally across all members on the transaction. For example, a 70/30 transaction split means the Team Member pays $262.50 and the Team Leader pays $112.50. After reaching Elite Agent status, the Post-Cap Transaction Fee reduces to $175, and all reduced-cap team members benefit from the Elite Agent Transaction Fee.
